1. Service

GEO (the "platform") provides SEO and GEO content growth services to registered companies ("tenants"): the SDK, content library, collection, review, site clusters, distribution and analytics.

2. Accounts and members

The tenant owner is responsible for the company account and its members. Member permissions are configured by the tenant.

3. Content and copyright

Tenants retain rights to content they create or upload and grant the platform the license needed to store, rewrite, translate, distribute and display it. Collected content must keep its source attribution; AI rewriting does not waive copyright obligations. Infringement complaints follow the DMCA policy.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions are billed per plan; AI usage is metered per token. Failed renewals enter a 7-day grace period; refunds can be requested within 14 days. Bank transfers take effect once finance confirms.

5. Agents

Agent tenants refer customers with invite codes and earn commission on paid amounts, settled after the refund window; payouts are reviewed.

6. Acceptable use

Illegal, adult, hateful or terrorist content is prohibited, as is using site clusters for spam. Violating content is taken down; severe cases lead to suspension.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. No ranking or AI recommendation outcome is guaranteed.

8. Changes

Changes are announced via announcements and the inbox; continued use means acceptance.
